  • Prices are for 1 room for 1 night, breakfast and accomodation tax are inclcuded in the tariff

  • Facilities for children up to 3 years in the parents ' room, incl. baby bed (with linen) and baby chair € 10,-

  • Extra bed (in same room):  additional € 20.- per night 

 

  • Minimum stay of 3 nights in high season

  • Booking of 1 night (only in low season) : additional €10 per room

 

  • Dinner menu (on request, from April untill the end of September) : €30 per person (appetiser, starter, main and dessert, water pitcher, coffee and tea included).  For children (maximum 10 years old), we make an adapted menu, price € 10

Varia

  • A deposit of 30% is required when booking.

​

  • The booking is confirmed only on receipt of the deposit.

​

  • The balance becomes payable at the end of your stay.

​

  • If your booking is less than 2 weeks from the date of your arrival, we kindly ask to settle the bill in full immediately.

  • Terms and conditions  :

 if less than 1 month before your arrival date, the deposit cannot be returned. If cancelled before 1 month of your arrival date than 20% of the deposit will be returned.  

​

  • Accomodation tax is inclcuded in the tariff.

​

  • We cannot accept bank or credit cards.

​

  • Check-in : the room is available from 4.00 pm     --         Check-out:  please vacate the room by 11.00 am.

​

  • For everyone’s comfort and safety all rooms in the house are smokefree.

​

  • Sorry, pets are not allowed.

​

  • WiFi is available within the entire house and partly in the garden.

​
