B & B Regulations

• Arrival and departure

 

On the day of arrival, you can check in to your room between 4.00 pm and 8.00 pm. Access to your room outside of these hours or dropping in your luggage earlier may be requested.

On the day of your departure we ask that the room is vacated by 11.00 am.

Any change to the above mentioned timescales can only be permitted by prior agreement with the owner.

No refund is due following early departure.

• During your stay

 

Guests are required to keep noise levels in the rooms and around the house to a minimum.

Children are welcome in our B&B but must be under parental guidance at all times, in particular near the swimming pool.

 

Regrettably we cannot allow pets on our premises.

It is not permitted to light candles in the room.

Smoking is not permitted in the room. Due to persistent dry weather conditions, we request that when smoking in the garden cigarettes are extinguished in the ashtrays provided rather than on the ground.

 

The owner is not responsible for any damage, loss or theft of property belonging to their guests.

All risks associated with staying in our B &B are the responsibility of our guests. 

 

Guests are requested to inform the B & B owner immediately of any damage and/or loss of property belonging to the owner and provide compensation for the said damage/loss.

• Food and drink brought on to the premises

 

We would appreciate not to consume your own food and drinks in the room (except water). Food can be eaten on the terraces and seating areas in the garden. A selection of beverages is available from our ’honesty bar’.

Please do not consume your own food during evenings when set meals are being served (unless for medical reasons).

 

 

• Swimming Pool

 

The swimming pool is open every day from the 1st of May until the 15th of October, between 10.30 am and 6.30 pm.

French legislation does not permit drinks and food to be consumed by the swimming pool, therefore, we have created various seating areas in our garden.

• Confidentiality

 

B & B Maison Matisse shall only use personal details provided to them for entering in the obligatory night register; treat all personal information confidentially and not pass personal details to any third parties.

 

 

You agree to accept the house regulations on confirmation of your booking.
