• Prices are for 1 room for 1 night, breakfast and accomodation tax are inclcuded in the tariff

• Facilities for children up to 3 years in the parents ' room, incl. baby bed (with linen) and baby chair € 10,-

• Extra bed (in same room):  additional € 20.- per night 

 

• Minimum stay of 2 nights in high season

• Booking of 1 night (only in low season) : additional €10 per room

 

• Dinner menu (on request) : €25 per person (appetiser, starter, main and dessert, water pitcher, coffee and tea included)

Varia  

​

• A deposit of 30% is required when booking.

 

• The booking is confirmed only on receipt of the deposit.

      The balance becomes payable at the end of your stay.

 

•  If your booking is less than 2 weeks from the date of your arrival, we kindly ask to settle the bill in full immediately.

 

• Terms and conditions of cancellation : if less than 1 month before your arrival date, the deposit cannot be returned. If cancelled before 1 month of your arrival date than 20% of the deposit will be returned.

 

• Accomodation tax is inclcuded in the tariff.

 

• We cannot accept bank or credit cards.

 

• Check-in : the room is available from 3.00 pm     --         Check-out:  please vacate the room by 11.00 am.

 

• For everyone’s comfort and safety all rooms in the house are smokefree.

 

• Sorry, pets are not allowed.

 

• WiFi is available within the entire house and partly in the garden.
