A deposit of 30% is required when booking.

The booking is confirmed only on receipt of the deposit.

The balance becomes payable at the end of your stay.

If your booking is less than 2 weeks from the date of your arrival, we kindly ask to settle the bill in full immediately.

Terms and conditions :
if less than 1 month before your arrival date, the deposit cannot be returned. If cancelled before 1 month of your arrival date than 20% of the deposit will be returned.

Accomodation tax is inclcuded in the tariff.

We cannot accept bank or credit cards.

Check-in : the room is available from 4.00 pm -- Check-out: please vacate the room by 11.00 am.

For everyone’s comfort and safety all rooms in the house are smokefree.

Sorry, pets are not allowed.

WiFi is available within the entire house and partly in the garden.
