  • A rental week is from Saturday to Saturday, but during less busy periods it is possible to rent from 3 days for
    € 86 per day in high season and € 65 per day in low season.

  • Surcharge extra baby bed : €20, (to be requested at the time of booking)

​

  • Maximum 4 people + baby allowed.

​

  • On your arrival, we ask you to hand over a guarantee of 200 € (cash in an envelope) 
    This guarantee will be returned to you on your departure if the house is in the state in which you have found it.

  • Upon booking, a deposit of 50% is requested, upon receipt of this your reservation is final.

​

  • We ask to settle the remaining amount no later than 1 month before arrival.

 

  • In case of booking less than 2 weeks before arrival date, we ask to pay the full amount in one go.​​

 

  • Cancellation policy :

In case of cancellation less than 1 month before the arrival date, the advance will not be refunded. 

      In case of cancellation more than 1 month before the arrival date, 20% of the advance will be refunded.

 

  • The tourist tax is already included in the rate.

​​

  • Arrival (check-in): the holiday home is available from 4 pm.
    On departure (check-out):  please vacate the holiday home before 10:30 am.

​

  • For everyone 's comfort and safety , the house is non - smoking.

 

  • Pets are not allowed for hygienic reasons.

 

  • WiFi is provided in the holiday home. (partly in the garden)

​

  • Please do not use the swimming pool after 9 pm and before 10 am (other hours possible after consultation) ​​
